We are now a Women Business Enterprise (WBE)

We are excited to announce that Klopfer Martin Design Group is now a certified women business enterprise in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is another opportunity for our firm to build on the foundation that Kaki Martin and Mark Klopfer laid in 2006 to design work that emerges from the contemporary integration of a site’s history and cultural context while creating a compelling and lasting narrative that helps build community.

Since our beginning, we have had the privilege to work with amazing teams on award winning projects around the globe, from the Shanghai Bund to the reclamation of brownfield sites in Boston, MA, with Signature Flight and Providence, RI, with the Steel Yard.

In recent years our work has expanded to encompass healthcare master planning and landscapes for Brigham and Women’s Hospital, transforming an urban campus for Suffolk University and reclaiming historic infrastructure for modern community uses at Fisher Hill Reservoir Park.
